C.J. Coakley Co., Inc. received a WBC Craftsmanship award this spring for our efforts at the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters on the St. Elizabeths West Campus in Washington DC. The new headquarters is housed in the 270,000 square foot historic Center Building on the 176-acre campus.

C. J. Coakley Co., Inc. was awarded the 9th through 29th Floor tenant and part of the 9th through 31st Floor base building work at the new Capital One Bank Headquarters. The thirty-one story, 1.7 million square foot building is 470 feet tall and is currently the tallest building in Northern Virginia.

DC Water, Washington, DC’s metropolitan water and sewer authority, created a new centrally located headquarters facility consolidating its administrative offices into a single location with flexible and functional office space. The state-of-the-art environmentally sustainable building was conceived to look like a water droplet.

C. J. Coakley Co., Inc. is proud to announce the completion of our work at the new International Spy Museum at L’Enfant Plaza which is scheduled to open in 2019. The new facility boasts 140,000 square feet and replaces the old museum that was located at 800 F Street.

Originally built in 1976, the CFPB Headquarters project is a renovation of an existing six story, 503,000 sf Federal office building. The floor slabs and some exterior façade was all that remained after demolition.
