Project Details:

Single source for all interior and exterior work including prefabricated exterior walls complete with air barrier, and interior corridor and demising walls. The interior prefabricated demising and corridor walls were able to be installed at a pace of 1 day per floor. In addition, CJC installed 80,000 SF of a fiber cement rainscreen system using our own swing stages and mast climbers. This work was challenging because the balcony layout on the project dramatically changed as the building progressed to the top. On the interior CJC installed over 2 million SF of drywall.
